I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with over 20 years of experience working with adults, teens, families and couples who are struggling to find their voices and meet the needs in their lives. I have particular experience working with anxiety and depression, marriage, addictions of various kinds, co-dependency and co-dependent relationships, as well as with pre-teen/teenagers and their families.
For many of us, spirituality is an important and very personal part of our lives. I can include spiritual components for those clients who feel that this is an important aspect of their lives.
It can be pretty lonely to do everything by yourself. I believe that most of us benefit from having a supportive community, and that support becomes critical when life’s challenges get bigger. I offer therapy as one piece of that supportive community.
